Applications. Non-insulated ring terminals are used in applications where there is not any danger of someone short-circuiting the connection by inadvertently touching it. These crimp ring wire connectors are used in a wide range of industries for connecting wires to electrical components. Selecting the Correct Ring Terminal Size. When selecting the right ring terminal for your application, you should consider the following:. The wire gauge mm (metric) or AWG (American Wire Gauge) of the wire or cable you are using The stud size to which you will be connecting the ring terminal. The inner diameter of the ring terminal. How to Crimp a Ring Terminal. Firstly, select the correct sized ring terminal. Strip the end of the wire and cut it to the same length as terminal. Insert the wire into the terminal barrel until no bare wire is visible. The crimp terminal is then ready to be crimped on to the end of the wire. When crimping a wire terminal, pliers or a ratchet can be used but, for a better quality crimp, it is better to use a ratchet crimping tool. A ratchet crimping tool is preferable as the handles will remain locked until a full crimp cycle is completed which will prevent partial crimps. Insert the barrel of the ring terminal into the appropriate crimping section (indicated by sizes marked on the tool). Squeeze the tool handles together until the ratchet releases. 2. 교환 및 반품 안내
1) 교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우
- 고객의 고의적인 귀책으로 상품가치가 훼손된 경우
- 구성품 및 액세서리, 부품 등이 분실된 경우
- 반품불가 표기가 되어 있는 품목 (예: 주문제작, 공급사 직송, 해외직수입 상품 등)
2) 교환 및 반품이 가능한 경우

3. 교환 및 반품 신청 안내
1) 교환절차
· 상품 불량/오배송/상품파손 → 고객센터(1899-0947)에 상품교환 접수
· 오배송/불량 등의 경우 고객센터으로 접수 시 정상 상품으로 발송 해 드립니다.(당일 출하 상품이 아닐 시 2~4일 가량 소요)
· 택배사의 반송장은 상품 교환이 완료될 때까지 보관해주시기 바랍니다.
· 고객 귀책이 아닌 경우 왕복 배송비는 당사에서 부담합니다.
2) 반품절차
1. 반품할 품목을 확인 후 고객센터으로 반품 신청해주세요. 고객센터: 1899-0947
*수령 후 7일 이내 가능하며 이후 불가
2. 고객센터에서 안내 받은 반품접수번호와 반품해야 하는 상품을 거래명세서에 적어주세요.
3. 반품상품에 반품접수번호가 표시된 거래명세서를 함께 포장해 주세요.
*포장을 꼼꼼하게 해주셔야 반품상품 손상에 따른 불이익이 없습니다.
4. 택배회사가 방문 시 반품상품을 보내주세요. 택배사의 반송장은 환불이 완료될 때까지 보관해주시기 바랍니다.
4. 결제방법에 따른 취소/반품/환불 안내
당사에서 상품수령 후 청구서에서 반품대금을 "-"(마이너스) 처리합니다.
